assured red, plum colour; has a sweet, fruit pastille aroma, with well-ripened plum – the Grenache fruit comes with a fine layer of earthiness and baked stones around it, is nice and natural. The palate gives tasty fruit, is a ripe affair, and suggests it is good to drink solo. There is spotless progress along the palate – all very smooth. The texture on the finish is round, with a hint of tannin. This is all about fruit, and is a w.o.w. (what one wants) wine. To 2011, for instance. 13° Aug 2008

clear, pretty dark red robe. Red fruit simmer on the bouquet, have heart and life, grilled meat such as pork also hangs there. The palate red fruits run clearly, make elegant progress and gather a little tannin and spice along the way. Has a clear, sympa finale. Careful, not flashy wine with good core fruit. 13° Now to 2011 Feb 2009
