2007 ()

matt notes in its dark red robe; the bouquet has plum liqueur airs, with some oaking around them – this is a willing bouquet with pockets of mineral and a few still hidden notes to reveal as time passes. The palate`s pretty red fruit comes along with a gain in tannin and grip as it goes. Grenache is to the fore here (tasted blind), and brings out a peppery side towards the finish. A genuine wine of good shape and cohesion, with nice style and balance. w.o.w. drinking. 14°. To 2012. Feb 2009
