full red, light black traces. Has a pretty bouquet – bang! Out it comes, led by blackberry fruit. The palate also carries blackberry fruit, with a good line of mild tannin. This drinks well now, while there is a little late olive and herb to add interest. It is all about early drinking. w.o.w. wine. To 2010. A drink for the zinc, standing up. €9. Dec 2008

quite bright, dark plum robe; the bouquets bears blackberry with a funky side to it, animal airs. Open this early, and shake it up before starting to drink it. The animal side may come from its vat raising and early bottling. Holds lively, southern sector fruit that moves along with energy. Is a primary type of wine. Has a late tannin-vegetal note. This is meant for fun drinking: “it is made to be drunk straight away,” F.Tardy To 2010. Jan 2008

quite a dark robe; brewed, gummy fruit with some reduction, shows cooked plum on the bouquet: this can vary as it evolves. Fairly rich start to palate, with sweetness in the red fruit – is not especially crisp. Round and easy fruit here with some length and extra interest from its tannins. Comes in a mature style, and is a bit edgy at the end. Very drinkable, best young. To 2009. Dec 2006
