handsome dark red robe; the bouquet has style, presents appealing black berry fruits, with a pinpoint sweetness, a possible hint of oak. It’s together, and will evolve well and gradually. The palate is polished, bears pure, classy fruit with juiciness to the fore. It’s well composed Vinsobres, opting for elegance over strength, and works well on that front. The fruit lasts with delicate poise into the finish, where there is a little oak. It feels carefully made, hand spun, and is a good new addition to the ranks here. From mid-2021, to allow further oak assimilation and to open the second half further.
