steady pink; fabulous garrigue, classic herb-strewn, redcurrant bouquet, with dust and small wild strawberry airs – a great nose. The attack has a pretty texture, a welcoming flexibility, supple mid-palate with a zone of gras there. This matter and spine, is suited foods such as grilled sardines with herbs on them, more than the aperitif. Ends firmly, clearly, with a revival of redcurrant fruit on the aftertaste.
