90% Syrah (2015), 10% Roussanne from granite soils on Lussas at Ozon, 70% destemmed, 3-week steel vat vinification, wild yeasts, twice daily pumping overs, cap punchings, ends at 25-28°C, malolactic in oak casks, aged 2-4 year 228-litre oak casks 12 months, unfined, unfiltered, first wine 2019

2019 ()

(used 228-litre cask) red robe; the bouquet has an oily quality, red cherry airs, herbs. The palate is fluid, springs along, carries oaking, finishes on pepper. It’s sound, but the depth is relative due to the young vines. It finishes on crunch from within, some black fruited gras, glycerol. 14 years Feb 2020
