70% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne, part vat fermented at 20°C, part 2-year oak cask fermented, all raised 2-year oak 6-10 months, lees stirred
gold traces in the yellow, legs down the glass. Light aroma of baked pear, also wisps of apple, brown sugar adding weight. The palate is orderly – today, with low pressure outside it is reserved. honey nose; pear fruit, nice tight end, oak touch.
