has a Provençal rosé pink colour. Smoky nose, with herbs and notably fine red cherry fruit present, plum and peach fruit also; there are floral outriders. This bouquet is graceful, while the palate is more forceful: it follows the nose faithfully, has a quince, glazed fruits flavour, with a little power emerging late on, which renders it firm, if not quite burnt. 13.5°.
