Grenache blanc, Rolle (Vermentino), Viognier, Roussanne from sand & limestone scree soils at 200-450 metres, machine harvested at night, destemmed, cool decantation after pressing, steel vat fermented, raised 5 months on fine lees, malo blocked, "drink with shrimps, fresh goat cheese salad"
