rather dark red; has a mineral-flecked, smoky aroma hovering outside a blackberry fruit depth, also grilled bacon. The attack is careful, then it takes on a more rich, instant delivery of fruit, the length strong, sustained. It shows rounded red berry fruit at the end. Pretty classic Crozes with pockets of gras, is an open book. There are smoky notes on the finale. 13°. From 2014. 2020-21  Dec 2012
