2015 ()

yellow robe. The nose is rich, shows pear and apricot, some compote of stewed fruits, honey and nut. It is a full kick-off. The palate works on richness delivered with tightness. It grips well on the finish. It is a little dumb for now, but there is plenty of wine in the glass. A flavour of dried fruits with good zest comes through late on. This will be good with fish such as halibut. This is a structured white for drinking in 2017, à table. From spring 2017 to allow it to be prised open. 13.5°. 35% Grenache blanc, 35% Viognier, 20% Roussanne, 10% Clairette blanche. 2022-23  July 2016
