2006 ()

dark robe; toasted, grilled, spring black fruits aroma. Crisp, modern, upright black fruit on the palate, is well-defined, shows pepper, oak late on. “It is not a vin de terroir, because the terroir is not here for that, especially with Merlot in it. mid-depth red; hint of blackberry jam on the nose, good fruit. Direct palate – pushes out with a licorice tang, shows late tannin. Needs food. From spring 2007. To 2010. Dec 2006

2004 ()

live blackberry fruit nose. Facile, attractive fruit with decent depth. Licorice finale. Some richness here.
