60% Grenache, 40% Carignan, machine harvested, destemmed, 20-24 day vinification, pumping overs, concrete vat raised


dark red; smoky bacon, red cherry fruits, a note of sweet herbs on the nose, which is authentic, unforced. The palate expresses Grenache plum fruits with a light trail of spice and some dark tannins that give the finish good kick.
