gold-yellow robe; has a well-rounded, ripe nose on spice, apricot, with trimmings of peach, aniseed, smoke. It’s full at its centre. There is a good glisten of peach, aromatic fruit with dried fruits in the flavour. This holds a steady level of content, has late grip, keeps ticking over, some fat in the texture. It’s on the mark now, is genuine enough. 12.5°. To 2022 May 2019
