2018

magnum: dark robe; elderberry, blackberry fruit with curvy airs on the nose that has bright, sun presence, roundness, licorice, is also sparky. There’s a Cabernet style run of black berry fruit and a licorice flavour along the palate. The tannins are live, give a low-key crunch, the length secure. The fruit persists well. The tannins need another 12 months. “Only 60% Merlot this year because it suffered from mildew and coulure,” Manu Cunin. 2026-27 Feb 2020
