2019 ()

(vat, 3 gm sugar still to ferment, may bottle Apr 2020) pale yellow; cooked apple and pear airs combine in a attractive nose. The palate presents agreeable, soft white fruits’ compote, stewed fruits, the length gentle, the finish rather savoury. This is trim, aromatic, has some sun in it. 2022 Feb 2020

2018 ()

(vat, bottling Apr 2019) bright yellow robe; the bouquet is on a warm roundness od aroma, is fat, gives a shiny and sunny debut. The palate runs on a stream of cooked lemon fruit, a hint of pear, is juicy, liberal, fleshy, and spiced towards the finish. This is wine for la table, a versatile one for varied dishes. It’s tasty and continuous on the finale. There’s a wee note of perlant, sparkle. 5,500 b. 2020-21 Feb 2019
