(vat) notably dark red colour; the nose engages via good depth, well sustained black fruit, cassis and blackberry. The palate gives firm flow, tastes well. The macération carbonique delivered the key to it, it receives 10-12 days at 19-20°C. Our concrete vats are broad rather than high, which helps,” Manu Cunin. Bottling April 2019. 8,000 b. €8.90.
