steady red colour; there’s a spice-clove take on the nose, brisk red fruits within. The palate is direct, streamlined, rather bracing; it ends clearly, but the fruit drops back slightly. There is a ferrous aspect to it, is drawn, naked. Bottling March 2019. To 2021 Feb 2019
