(vat, bottling next month) pretty pink robe; mild, polite air of redcurrant jam, a touch of spice and dust in behind. The palate is bright – there is good energy in the fruit, with an attractive tickle of acidity from half way. This provides w.o.w. drinking – it is free and easy, the red fruit clear. Has enough body for dishes – grilled meats with herbs, for instance. The finish is tight for now. 14°. €8. 2014-15 Good rosé, with body. Feb 2012
