bright hue to the red-magenta robe; sealed, compact red fruits nose – something of the garrigue in this, also a raisin cake fullness. The palate has a good texture, is lissom, its fruit bang on now. It runs with a cool purpose, and ends roundly and clearly. A good example of regular, pleasing Côtes du Rhône, without any flim-flam, is a w.o.w. wine. Has a nice structure, and is authentic. 14°.
