2009 ()

gentle, honeycomb aroma, along with apricot, agreeable bouquet. Relaxed start to the palate, flan-honey flavour, has a pretty texture, late grip, is sound wine. Very good as an aperitif wine, is w.o.w. Sold to Denmark only, allez Danske! “You could also eat cabillaud, fresh water fish, or sole with this, but not shellfish,” Christelle Coulange.
