bright fruit aroma – red fruits with a light peppery top air. The palate is led by its Syrah – this plays a fresh role; it keeps going well, and shows a touch of late tannin. This can be drunk solo, is very sympa, really effortless drinking. w.o.w. wine. 13.8°. 2011 Feb 2009

dark red; jam aroma that has a pebbly, dash of dry in it, also trimmed with spice. Ripe plum fruit is to the fore, and this is elegant and rounded. There is a cool line within its black berry fruit, and a steady run along the palate. This is well constituted, a wine of solid quality that keeps going well. A few late tannins bolster the finish, and the length is pretty good. Genuine, on the STGT trail. Filtered this year. 13.8°. 2011-12. Feb 2009

baked black fruit, violets also on bouquet. Black jam flavour, very drinkable now, has a tickle of end tannin. Has retained some freshness, its sweetness is appealing. Sound wine. 2007 March 2005, GB
