red plus magenta colour; the aroma is pretty and agreeable right off the bat – it invites. There are herbs and baked stones alongside the pliant fruit. The raspberry fruit on the palate has a nice bit of bite in it – resulting in a mulberry outcome. This is very easy to drink, here now – it is a real quaffer. Has a good, snappy ending, where a touch of herbal dryness fits in well after the gourmandise. Early wine, w.o.w. Solo or with summer foods. 13.8°-14 °. To 2011. €5.50 at the cellars. This bottled June 2008. Jan 2009
