dark red; the bouquet has a red cherry air, low level wild flowers present, also peppery notes. This is grippy, holds vibrant fruit, is a dark wine, shows a touch of extraction, with tar in it. There are salted touches late on, the sign-off aromatic. From spring 2020. 2023-24 Feb 2019
