2016

shiny yellow. Has a soft, grapey aroma, banana and apricot, hints of mineral tang, peanuts. There’s good variety. The palate flows with joli gras, a smooth outer, holds nice, fleshy content, then gives a late show of tannin and dried fruits, grip, assertion. This is good and authentic, STGT wine with a salt freedom in it. Good classicism here. 12.5°. 2,650 b. €18 at the cellars. 2027-28 Nov 2017

2009 ()

(new cask) yellow robe; kind hazelnut aroma, plus white fruits in behind. Good matter on the palate – rich heart, sound length. 2015-16 Dec 2009
