pale pink, a little transparent. Gooseberry, rather seared aroma here; there is a grapey, cooked apple, almost leesy angle to it. The attack is perlant, infused with carbonic gas that sidelines some of the fruit focus. There is a note of melon, and an usual brioche baked bread presence. It ends soundly. An out of the main loop rosé. Drink with cold meats, salads, fish such as trout – its freshness will cut into it well. 13°. 900 b. €6.07. To 2018  June 2016
