pale yellow; the nose is strange: there is a nut aroma, but the nose is steely, stretched, airs of almond paste feature. The palate gives quince, honey in its flavour, but is taut, and its acidity is wired. It finishes firmly, lacks charm above all. Neither fish nor fowl. 16.5°. May 2012
