red-tinted, cherry red hue. There is a good, discreet welling up of red fruits on the nose, which has the scope to vary, open, carries mystery, cherry stone-kirsch notes with a strawberry coulis angle. It’s a good start, dried herbs de Provence present. This is wholesome, covers the ground well, is good and fluid, a red cherry-mulberry darkness in its red fruits. It has the structure, depth for red mullet, tuna, paella, and is long, sustained, dabs of salt on the aftertaste.
