yellow robe with some green glints. Pear-apricot, spicing feature on a rounded nose, a discreet air of lime, cooked lemon. It has good style. This makes for a great aperitif, thanks to its free white fruits with salty edges that encourage a second glass. This is very well made, is a polished white with a sound mid-palate, mild richness. The finish is clear, nicely tight. Good coolness, good verve = very drinkable here. There is an orange peel flavour on the aftertaste, carbonic gas on the late stages. 13°. To 2019 Sept 2017
