2015 ()

shiny dark red robe. Honey, black berry jam airs mingle on the nose, which is open, mixes in loganberry. This is an open arms bouquet with some sweetness at its centre. The palate holds restrained black fruits with prominent licorice and tight tannins, the first half juicy, the finish on spearmint, peppermint. It’s a polished style of Côtes du Rhône Villages, with life and a direct approach. The finish is toothsome, needs another six months to meld in.
