yellow robe. The nose gives a pear, soft flowers aroma – it is an airborne bouquet with a light air of liquid honey. After a slightly hesitant start, the palate is medium weight, has a trim freshness, and runs with restraint. A polished St Jo blanc, with the aperitif just about possible given its accessible content. 13.5°. 2022-23  Jan 2015
