shiny, rather full yellow robe. The bouquet has varied influences, presents ripe fruit, an apricot and pear duo that suggest Viognier; there is a light flan-brioche baked bread note. The palate bears a cooked lemon, citrus-influenced flavour, along with exotic fruit such as mango. Its richness is fluid. It continues truly to the finish, is most suited to fish, poultry, Provençal vegetable dishes. 13.5°. 30,000 b. 30% Vio, 30% Mars, 30% Picpoul, 10% Clair.  2019-20  June 2016

2011 ()

yellow robe; tangerine, cooked pear aroma, has the air of a verveine infusion (verbena), breathes a little richness. The palate is based on nutty, glazed orange fruit flavour. Has decent gras which it holds to the end. It carries well along the palate, deserves pork, chicken and is rich enough for Asiatic dishes. Well made wine, with good acidity through it. There is a fresh, minted, verveine strike on the aftertaste. Nicely liberal expression, w.o.w. wine. It drinks well. 13.5°. €5.20 export. 2019-20  Oct 2012

2010

pale yellow, agreeable. Pear aroma, rather ample bouquet – with mineral freshness, a hint of licorice resides in it, also banana traces. The palate has a satisfying, suave texture, is flavoured with cooked white fruits such as pear and peach, is pretty. This will please. Good for the aperitif, or mild flavours and even aubergine mousse, artichoke. Finishes roundly. 13.5°. To 2015. July 2011

2009 ()

light yellow-green colour; exotic fruits, rich aroma with the Viognier noticeable, has bonbon, sweet airs and some oak-toast floats around. The palate is rich and forward, offers immediate flavour, then ends more quietly on a good, restrained note. There is a lot of flavour such as peach, white fruits, a wine that has character, a fine finish, and is good for around £10 – it is €5 export tariff. 2014 or so. June 2010
