yellow robe, all in order. The bouquet gives a lead aroma of pear, has a gracious style, a note of white tobacco, licorice, and reserves allowing it to vary and develop over time. It is a quietly sturdy start. The palate is a bonny, nicely complete affair; the fruit is ripe, and rolls without pause in a becoming manner. I envisage good turbot or chicken fricassé with this.
