Jubilee plum red robe; the bouquet gives a ripe, sweet aroma of mulberry coulis, big red berries, has a note of rosemary within, a local imprint and a suggestive floral hum. It’s a curvy opening that will please. The palate is also fat, smoothly textured, has a plum flavour with notes of raspberry late on. The tannins are supple, barely noticeable. It’s a wine for early drinking, based around its generous ease. The fruit succulence is a crowd pleaser here. It will go well with white meats, mushroom dishes. 14°. 1,300 b. To 2023 June 2020
