50% Grenache blanc, 50% Clairette, Roussanne, Bourboulenc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, light press on first 3 harvested – Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache blanc, direct press on last 3 harvested – Clairette, Marsanne, Bourboulenc, 60% vat, 40% new oak cask fermented, raised 6 months on fine lees, lees stirred

(vat/cask, bottling in 2 weeks) yellow robe; has a quiet, even neutral aroma, a very small air of citrus fruit, lacks “sunlight”. The palate is also dumb, bears stone fruit, has a nutty tang near the finish. Plain wine, lacks lift, ends rather unsettled. Decant it. To 2019  April 2015
