fine yellow; cassis bud, mandarin/lime, fresh-noted nose, a light note of smoke, infused tea. The palate bears white fruits, but lacks drive towards the finish. It is slightly escapist in style. Drink as an apero over food. 13°. To 2017  Apr 2015

level yellow robe; honeyed front air, toast backdrop, white raisin, pastry notes. The nose also mixes spice, verveine (verbena), ash, and a little exotic fruit. There is a good spot of tang and freedom in its white jam, white raisin flavour. This is suited to foods, not the aperitif – steamed fish, Japanese cuisine, for instance. The clear finish is really long and satisfying, and lifts the palate. Honey and ginger mingle on the finale. 13°. 2016-17  Oct 2012
