95% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 75% from lime-siliceous soils on Le Thor, 25% from clay-limestone soils on Le Serpent, destemmed, 25-30 day vinification at 21°-25°C, regular pumping overs, 1-2 light cap punchings, steel vat raised 6 months, unfined, filtered, 5,300 b


quite a full red robe. A grainy air hovers above a coulis of red berry, raspberry, aroma, with hints of herbs also. The palate starts tightly, the red fruit compressed and sandwiched by some powdered tannins. It is just a little on the delicate side, but can fuse. 14.5°.  From mid-2016. 2019-20  April 2015
