2015 ()

classic pink colour. The nose is gentle and stylish, comes with some dried herbs and expresses its place well. There is a note of white strawberry at its centre. The palate runs with easy to enjoy small red fruits such as redcurrant and travels very well, a bonny freshness lining it. A neat rosé, with style and enough depth for poultry, aubergine, ratatouille, soupe au pistou and friends. 14°. 65% Gren, 30% Cins, 5% Clair rose. 2018  May 2016

2014

off-pink colour; has a brioche, baked bread, peach fruited bouquet. The palate is a tight bundle, with red stone fruits, cherries, at its centre. It keeps going OK along the palate. Better suited to food over the aperitif. The aftertaste is salted, clear. 14°. To 2017  April 2015
