yellow robe. Peach fruit fronts the nose, with some salty cut, cooked lemon and roast nuts, nougat wisps. The palate texture is supple, which works well, with soft content and a flavour of a compote of white fruits that include quince, peach, white strawberry, leading to a greengage close. Drink with salads, cold chicken. 13.5°. 80,000 b. €2.20 export, €4.95 at the Cave. To mid-2017  July 2016
