this wine was made just once, in 1989, after the death of Etienne, because it was the first vineyard that he worked when he was 14 years old. It is a subset of the Côte Brune. Its wine now goes into the Château d´Ampuis.
good brilliant robe; alcohol/pine oil, big aroma, red berry fruits; complex, broad flavour, well-measured. Very suave, almost Pomerol texture; dried leaf/tobacco on the warm end. 2010-13.
