100% Marsanne, traditional champenoise method vinification, 3,000 b

NV (2011 in reality)

pale yellow; lime, candy airs, a rather thick aroma of pear on the bouquet. The palate bears pear, white peach fruit, has a honeysuckle, assembles a little note of spice and ginger as it ends. A good Saint-Péray méthode champenoise with the body for desserts, cakes. 13°. €13.50 at cellars. To 2016  Dec 2013

fine yellow robe, fine mousse also. The bouquet is softly scented, mixes pear and apple, the fruit aroma precise. It’s a good start. The palate reveals a further bout of apple in the flavour, the mousse rather straggly. It finishes with acute clarity, sets up another glass. It’s a windswept more than sunswept Saint-Péray méthode champenoise. 13°. 2023 Dec 2020
