fine yellow robe; there’s a note of grilling on the front nose, cooked lemon behind, essence of grape. The palate shows the south in its attack, comes with a butty display of content, is post bottling, wrapped together. There’s also a hint of carbonic gas along its path. 13.5°. 9,000 b. From mid-2019. 2022-23 Mar 2019

yellow robe. The nose holds the potential to vary -  there is an apricot juice, oak-vanilla combination that is well installed, pretty deep. The palate gives elegant white stone fruits, with an agreeable oiliness in the texture. There are floral late notes, touches of acacia there. Calm, measured white Cairanne. 13°. 9,000 b. €5.10. 2019-20 May 2016

pale yellow; there is a pear and apricot combination in an open nose, with a little dance of freshness. This drinks easily now, will not stay long; the fruit is supple, mild, has a tiny note of grip on the finish. Much more for the apero than the table. It is just a bit light. 13°. 33.3% each Gren bl, Rouss, Vio. 9,000 b. To mid-2016  Apr 2015

fine yellow; has a rather reductive nose, there is a pong of high fruit, possibly SO2, also. Decant this. There is a subdued aroma of white fruit, compote or stewed in nature, below. The palate has grip and closes tightly. This lacks a little joy, could have more spring in its step. Fair length. 13°. To 2018  Apr 2015

yellow colour, not especially bright or clear. Lime, lemon grass first air, peach stone, citrus such as tangerine, with pear notes – the bouquet is an elegant ensemble. The palate approach is technical, has that steel in the attack, develops a nutty-nougat flavour that eases the wire of tension as it goes. Not in one safe place yet. Decant this. From spring 2014. The finish is pretty complete. OK for sweet Asiatic dishes. 13.5°. 12,000 b. To 2019  Oct 2013

rounded, welcoming nose – white jam, peach-apricot airs. Has a tight palate that builds as it goes, is structured, and is food friendly. The attack is agreeable and supple – good. To 2014-15 March 2011
